GuyLeverton Tennis - Full Time High Performance Programme

KEY ELEMENTS

  • 22.5 hrs per week; Monday-Friday
  • Ages: 12+
  • 14 hrs squad training
  • Coach to Player Ratio - 1:3
  • 3 hrs individual coaching
  • 5.5 hrs S+C
  • Individualised injury prevention programme
  • Full musculoskeletal screen
  • Identification of risk factors
  • Full rehabilitation of existing injuries/risk factors
  • Liaison/training modification
  • Performance development
  • Full fitness testing - twice termly
  • Identification of areas for improvement
  • Individual fitness goals and programs developed
  • Group circuits developed based on group trends
  • Assigned personal trainer
  • Periodised Annual Plan
  • Nutritional guidance
  • Sports psychological programming / analysis
  • National / International tournament visits and support
  • International training camps
  • Inter HPC Matchplays

GuyLeverton Tennis - Access Programme

GuyLeverton Tennis welcomes all committed and motivated performance players that wish to access the programme. Access squads are available from MINI ORANGE upwards and run during school term time Monday to Friday 7.30am - 6.30pm Players can also access the training camps and tournament trips nationally and internationally - check the EVENTS section on the website for more information.
